or over 25 years we have had some involvement with survey equipment and modifications with one customer. Twelve years ago we started getting more involved in survey equipment design, manufacture and installations on various aircraft for a number of customers.
We hold an STC for a tail boom on Cessna 185 on wheels, floats and skis. Plans to obtain an STC for a C206 wing pads and tail boom are in the works.
In the fall of 2006 we completed the modification of a Lake LA4-200 with 120 AMP electrical system, survey equipment, control panel with dual voltage and a 16' survey pod to house a magnetometer sensor and lazar camera mounted on the nose of the Lake aircraft.
February 2007 we will be installing a survey tail boom on a Cessna 206. In March of 2007 we will be starting modifications on 4 Huges 500C helicopters to equip them with survey probes and equipment.
In May of 2007 we will be receiving Alfred Wegener Institute's Polar 5, a Basler BT67 for the design, manufacture and installation of atmospheric and geophysical survey equipment
