Service Details

ANNUAL INSPECTION: 35 hours of opening, a very thorough inspection and closing. The most complete inspection available.
REPAIRS: As required, from minor repairs to complete rebuild of the most damaged aircraft including recovery.
RECONDITIONING: We have reworked a large number of Lakes by rebuilding all systems and restoring all structure to original airworthiness, etc. Generally completed during annual inspection. Equipment upgrade, avionics, paint and interior if desired.
RESTORATION: We have restored a large number of Lake aircraft and other types of aircraft to 'like new' condition with components overhauled. Some of our very slight alterations will eliminate recurring problems and increase dependability. New interiors, instrument panels, radios, mods, new glass, etc.
REMANUFACTURE: During the process we dismantle the entire aircraft. All systems, electrical, components, instruments, engine, propeller replaced and overhauled. All of the latest model eligible updates and product improvements are installed. New interior, instrument panel change as ordered, new glass, tires and other components that wear, then new paint. Delivered with the equivalent to new aircraft warranty.
NOTE: Canadian Engine overhaul regulations require the engine return to service with the same standards and tolerances as factory remanufactured engines. Static and dynamic balancing of the engine and propeller available on request. Our facility is licensed to carry out any of the above services on Canadian and U.S. Registered aircraft; FAA & IA certification. Pick-up and delivery service of aircraft can usually be arranged if required.
