Included in the price of each Lake is a very extensive
program of the finest flight training available anywhere.
As
the originators of the training program over 44 years ago, we give you the benefit of
continuous Lake Aircraft sales, service and pilot training since 1964. Upon completion
of this course, you will be able to maximize the utility, safety and enjoyment that
this unique aircraft is capable of.
Prices shown are converted to U.S. and Canadian currency, as
appropriate, and include change of registration to the corresponding country. Aircraft offered are subject to prior sale, inspection,
verification of aircraft specifications, and withdrawal from the market. Prices subject to change without notice. Taxes extra where
applicable. Aircraft being sold to USA customers are exempt all Canadian taxes
and there are no USA duties or tariffs.
We offer used aircraft in
the following sale categories:
Category A:
Reconditioned or remanufactured aircraft of your choice, specifying avionics and
other equipment, new interior and new exterior paint. The condition of these
aircraft will rival or exceed that of a factory new aircraft and will carry a
warranty specified by contract.
The flight training program is included.
Category B:
Aircraft we have inspected or will inspect prior to delivery. The entire airframe,
engine and avionics are completely inspected and tested, and all discrepancies or "snags" corrected.
Service bulletins and airworthiness directives are researched to ensure compliance as well as
the history of the aircraft. These aircraft are delivered with a new annual
inspection and carry either a 30 flight-hours or a 30 day warranty on all system components excluding damage resulting from
improper maintenance or operation. The aircraft in this category are generally ones that have been in our care
for several years, or in some cases, their entire life plus have had their engine recently overhauled.
Because of this familiarity with the aircraft, we feel comfortable providing a full warranty which is a rarity
with pre-owned aircraft.
As with all our Lakes, the flight training program is included.
Category C:
These are aircraft with which we have not had a long association but receive the same care
and attention as our other categories. As with all our aircraft, the entire airframe,
engine and avionics are completely inspected and tested and all discrepancies or "snags"
corrected. These aircraft also receive a new annual inspection and certification.
Service bulletins and airworthiness directives are researched to ensure compliance as
well as
the history of the aircraft.
Upon taking possession of your Lake, you will
also receive the finest
type training available anywhere at no extra cost.
