The company was founded in 1964 as Townsend Air Services Ltd., as a flight school, charter operations and maintenance facility. In 1984 it was reorganized as Lake Central Air Services with maintenance only activities.  Located at Muskoka Airport in the heart of cottage country, Lake Central operates under AMO authority 195-92 and holds general maintenance approvals on many aircraft including turbine, structures, avionics installations and has manufacturing approval for various aircraft parts.   

The company has also established itself in the design, manufacture and installation of geophysical and atmospheric modifications.  

The company's facilities are modern and operates with a safety management system in place.

We currently have positions for M2 with structures experience.  Wages are commensurate with experience and we offer dental and prescription drug benefit plan.
